Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in their original packaging. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

📌 Important Notes:

• Product must arrive unbroken to our warehouse. 
• Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned to the sender without a refund.

Exchanges

We offer one complimentary exchange per order within 14 days of delivery for items that remain unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be shipped out.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please submit clear photos of the item within 7 days of delivery to request a free replacement.

Unused returned items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price. 

Items must be in unused condition.
